-Extra complex is characters/faces or anything really intricate
If you already have gel polish on that needs removing, please make an appointment for removal, otherwise there won't be time at your appointment.
If you book an appointment that includes nail art, but decide to have less or no nail art on the day, you will still be charged for the time you have booked out.
